Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Very professional and personable service over an insurance claim. Wayne guided me through the whole process while Nick looked after my logistics and repairs. Tight team, quick turn around and stalwart family business that spans generations. Thanks for looking after me.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Outstanding service from South City Panel. My son is at Uni and had some issues with his Corolla.
South City had it sorted very quickly with no fuss.
Great to know you can trust in a Dunedin business when you're not in the same city.
Highly recommend. Cheers

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had an unfortunate accident where I scraped the left rear door and panel of a new vehicle. I took the vehicle in and was told it would be about a week. I also asked if they could blackout the front. I wanted the glossy look and Nick said he agreed with the look I was going for. I was called up later and he gave me an estimate on the paint work for the front. There was excellent communication throughout the process. I picked the vehicle up and was amazed at the quality of the work. The entire staff were easy to talk to, answered all questions thoroughly and treated us very kindly. I would definitely recommend and I love the paintwork!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. They were able to make arrangements to get the car ready when I needed it, even when I wasn't able to drop it off at a reasonable time.

The car was even given a very thorough cleaning, inside and out. This was really beyond and above.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Asked for quotes and was told I would be contacted when quotes were ready just for the guy to then ignore me once I asked again about the quotes.
